Cacao/Coffee Bliss Balls

A quick and simple recipe for a healthy and convenient snack. Perfect for that little afternoon pick me up, this snack is naturally sweetened by dates and has hints of cacao and Coffee Not Coffee african mango.

10 large pitted dates
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup walnuts
1tbsp water (can add more to gain desired constancy)
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 sachet Coffee Not Coffee african mango coffee

To roll in-
Green and blacks 85% chocolate and chia seeds

In a food processor, add all ingredients apart from the water and agave syrup.
When the mixture is getting a bit tough to mix, add agave syrup and enough water so that the mixture goes sticky and is able to form balls when rolled.
Take about a table spoon of the mixture at a time and roll into a ball.
Finally roll in finely chopped chocolate and chia seeds.
