Over the last year I have collected a few books that have become quite significant parts of the person that I have grown to be. These books are all written by empowering woman who I see to be role models and strive to have some of their qualities as I continue to grow.
Dr Libby's Beauty from the Inside Out
This book has been my go to book whilst in traffic between my house and school lately. What I love about this book is how easy all the information is to digest. There are things that would normally be extremely complicated made simple to understand, which helps the reader gain an understanding of the human body and all of it's wonder in absorbing the nutrients in our food. I have learnt so much from this book, and it has really inspired me to eat for nutrients to ensure over all wellbeing.
Lorna Jane Clarkson's More
This is her second book, which I just bought on my trip to Brisbane. I have been reading this the last couple of days and I have been so inspired by it. As well as chapters on food and fitness, Lorna has chapters in this book about positivity, goal setting and over all adapting her active living lifestyle.
Miranda Kerr's Treasure Yourself
Finally, a book that I have had for a while now. This book has become a bit of a Bible for me, as I am often returning to it for the large range of affirmations it has in it. In this book Miranda talks about the lessons that she has learnt over the years as well as handing out some helpful tips that are applicable to anyone.
