Goji berry, chia and pumpkin seed dark chocolate bark

This is possibly one of the easiest things to make, and perfect to just munch on if you're craving chocolate throughout the day. With so many healthy benefits in all of the ingredients, and the fact that it is just that tasty, I would probably just eat the whole lot if I was left alone with it. The chocolate that I use is Green and Blacks 85%- I do understand that some people are not so much like me where they can tolerate the bitter sweetness of dark chocolate, so you can always opt for Loving Earth's range of chocolates that are mixed with other flavors and to me don't come with that bitter taste (I actually mixed in a small block of orange flavored loving earth chocolate into my batch). Pack this on picnics or just keep it at home as a quick pick me up.

1 big block of dark chocolate of your choice
Optional- small block of Loving Earth chocolate
Mixture of goji berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and really any other dried fruit/nuts/seeds of your choice (I didn't measure anything, I just put in as much of each thing that I wanted)

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a microwave proof bowl
Heat chocolate 1 minute at a time, taking out to stir, until everything has melted
Mix in dried fruit/nuts/seeds
Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper
Pour chocolate mix onto tray, making sure to spread it out as much as it can
Put in the fridge over night
When it has set, take it out of the fridge and break it up into pieces
Store in an airtight container (keep it in the fridge if the weather is hot)
