Many of you in New Zealand and Australia I know are undergoing your end of year exams and I know that this is a stressful time. So as a bit of a helping hand I decided that today's post would be some yoga poses to help deal with stress. I find that by bringing myself to the moment that I am in, rather than worrying about the exam about to come or the exam that has just been, I am able to become more focused and really drop my stress levels.
Here is a 5 minutes routine- good for during study breaks
A 10 minute one- I would do this one either at the beginning of the day when I wake up, or the end of the day just before I go to bed.
