Bondi Sands product review

Seeing as I am Croatian, one would expect me to have no problem with tanning. Well that is not the case. Unlike my brother who doesn't have to try to come home from just playing soccer all day with a good tan, I'm one of those people who have to lather up in sun tan oil and lay in the sun for the day to get some color.
I've tried many self tanners, and I mean many. Most of them turn out completely wrong and leave me orange with tan streaks while others don't seem to do anything. Recently I have purchased the Bondi Sands self tanning lotion and I am happy to say that I have finally found a product that works. I have bought the tanning lotion in dark, and applied with the tanning mit it gives a natural looking tan that is defiantly visble but without the carroty shade.
If you do purchase the tanning lotion here are some tips for ensure the best "tan" possible-

  • Don't moisturize before hand
  • Leave it on for at least an hour
  • For me I found that to get the full effect of the tan, it really starts showing the day after application. So if you've got somewhere to go I would suggest putting the lotion on the night before.
  • Don't forget to do your arm pits. Yup. It was embarrassing and I am not going to elaborate further.

If you want anymore info visit the Bondi Sands website here-
Bondi Sands is available at most pharmacies in NZ/Aus.

Until next time,
Helena x
